Will provision be made for children who underperform in the CEA due, for example, to a specific learning difficulty or illness? Answer: The Access arrangements for the next cycle, 2013/14, may be found on the website. The Special Circumstances/Provision arrangements for the 2012/13 cycle are also available. The regulations for the 2013/14 cycle are not yet available. 2. Frequently Asked Questions AQE Ltd continues to seek ways to assist parents. In addition to the longer version in English of Frequently Asked Questions, we have attached versions in Polish, Portuguese, Irish, Chinese and Lithuanian. We are seeking to add to this list.
